This Lou Holtz character could have a future in front of the camera. The former Notre Dame coach, stopping by USF football practice on Wednesday evening to watch his son Skip’s team, was kind enough to talk with reporters from his golf cart. It was labeled “Coach Holtz” on the front, which you’d think would create confusion, but not for the Coach Holtzes.
