For Fiscal Year 2017, Steve Addazio Was Boston College’s Highest Paid Employee

Boston College recently filed its Form 990, a tax form that BC is required to file every tax year. In it, it showed that BC football head coach Steve Addazio was BC’s highest paid employee. As was first reported by the student newspaper The Heights , Addazio received $2,514,859 in total compensation for his services coaching the Boston College football team

BC Softball Continues its Strong Season

Riding a ten game winning streak into the week, Ashley Obrest and her team were able to push the consecutive wins to 13 before falling to the number 13 team in the country, Florida State. In midweek games against UMass and UConn to open up the new field on Brighton, the Eagles ran the win streak to 12 behind impressive performances by Ally Frei (UMass) and Jessica Dreswick (UConn). Frei held UMass to three hits in a complete game shutout while freshman Emme Martinez had two RBI in the 3-0 win.

BC Women’s Hockey Forward Rachel Moore Will Transfer To Holy Cross

The sophomore looks likely to get more playing time with the new D1 program Next season’s stacked Boston College Women’s Hockey roster is bursting at the seams, and the resulting glut of position players has seen the first Eagle transfer to another program. Sophomore forward Rachel Moore, who left the BC roster mid-season, will be transferring to Holy Cross according to social media reports .
