Jim Dedmon-USA TODAY Sports The Boston College women’s basketball team played a good game against Notre Dame today, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough to pull off a win as the Fighting Irish took this one by a score of 83-73. The Eagles started out with the lead and went into the second quarter up by 4, but they struggled in the second quarter, were outscored 27-15, and went into the second half down 41-32. BC managed to stage a couple mini-comebacks, but the Irish were on fire from the floor, shooting 61% on field goals.
