The Eagles avoid a sweep with a win on Sunday The Eagles (7-5, 1-2) picked up their first ever win at #8 Louisville (10-3, 2-1) on Sunday, avoiding a series sweep. The Cardinals blanked BC 4-0 in Friday’s opener, led by a stellar start from Reid Detmers, who scattered three hits across 7.2 innings with 13 strikeouts. Detmers has allowed just one run in his first 27.2 innings pitched this season, accentuated by an impressive 41 punchouts.
